Refund Policy

7-Day Free Trial
Every Motivra Pro subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed.
Cancel Anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from inside the app or through your billing portal. After cancelling, you keep access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds After Billing
Because we offer a free trial that lets you fully evaluate Motivra before paying, we do not offer refunds for subscription charges that have already been billed. You are responsible for cancelling before your next billing date if you no longer wish to be charged.
Where required by applicable law (for example, certain consumer protections in your country), statutory refund rights still apply and are not affected by this policy.
How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all Motivra orders. If you believe you are entitled to a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Contact our support team through the app and we'll help you.
