Refund Policy

1. Current status

Paid plans are launching soon. Checkout is not currently active, so no charges are processed at this time.

2. Payments and Merchant of Record

When payments are active, purchases and subscriptions are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled according to Paddle's refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Refund terms

Unless required by applicable law, transactions are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Paddle may issue refunds on a discretionary basis or where statutory withdrawal or refund rights apply.

Refunds will not be issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or manipulative behavior.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@motivra.app. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues through the end of the paid period already billed.
