Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Motivra you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The service

Motivra is a CRM and growth operating system for local service businesses. Features may evolve as we improve the product.

3. Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account, keeping your credentials secure, and the accuracy of information you enter (including data about your customers).

4. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no unlawful activity, no spam, no reverse engineering, no attempts to disrupt or break security.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account or by emailing support@motivra.app.

6. Refunds

When payments are active, purchases and subscriptions are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled according to Paddle's refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws. See our Refund Policy for details. For billing questions, contact support@motivra.app.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.

8. Disclaimer & liability

Motivra is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
